Gofio fairy cakes

Magdalenas de Gofio


– 90 gr of butter

– 2 eggs

– 100 gr of sugar

– 2.5 gr of powdered yeast

– 70 gr of flour

– 20 gr of wheat Gofio La Molineta

– A pinch of salt


Mix with a spatula, the butter at room temperature with the sugar and then the eggs; add salt. Add the flour and the Gofio with the yeast and leave to rest for two hours.

Introduce the mass into small fairy cake moulds and bake at 150 ºC for 7 or 8 minutes.
