Breakfast for very cold days

Ingredients:

– Wheat, corn or cereals Gofio La Molineta (your preference)

– Soft white cheese. (to taste)

– Milk (Add more or less, depending on the desired consistency)

– Coffee (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the Gofio with very hot milk and sugar to taste. Cut the soft white cheese into small pieces and incorporate them into the previous mixture to form a compact mass.

Put one spoonful into each cup and then add very hot milk and coffee to taste.

Getting warm with a complete and nutritional breakfast!
