Gofio ice cream


– 1 l of milk

– 8 egg yolks

– 300 gr of sugar

– 150 gr of wheat Gofio La Molineta – Normal toasting


Warm the milk and add the Gofio, then mix the sugar with the egg yolks and slowly add this to the Gofio and milk mixture, stirring all the time and without bringing to boil. Leave to cool and then put it into the ice cream maker until creamy and frozen.

It can also be introduced into a recipient and frozen in the freezer, stirring it now and again so it does not crystallise.
