Gofio with milk to start the day. The daily breakfast of the Canary Islands

Ingredients:

– Wheat, corn or several cereals Gofio La Molineta (to taste)

– Milk (Add more or less, depending on the desired consistency)

Preparation:

For a good breakfast, add wheat or corn Gofio to coffee, hot milk and a spoonful of honey or sugar and stir well, thicken to taste.

A tasty dose of energy that will last until lunchtime!
