The Gofio dumpling

For a long hike or travel, proving a great and healthy energy supply

Ingredients:

– Wheat and corn, barley or chickpea Gofio La Molineta

– Honey

– Raisins and almonds, to taste

Preparation:

Mix the same amount of Gofio as honey, add finely chopped raisins and almonds and knead very well until achieving a compact and dry mass in the shape of a ball. Cut into slices just before eating.
